Prices are per room and per night . Tourist tax is not included, which involves an additional charge of 1.5 euro per person per day.

It is possible to add a bed in both rooms at a cost of 20 euros per night .

Rates include overnight stay, cafeteria, daily cleaning, change of bed linen and towels every 3 nights or on request with extra charge (change of bed linen euro 7,00; change of towels euro 4,00 ) Bed linen and towels are always replaced when the guest changes.

Room cleaning:
The manager may enter the rooms, if vacant, for daily cleaning. If at the time of cleaning, the rooms are occupied, daily room cleaning will not be carried out.

Reservation:
Reservation requests can be made by phone or email. Once the room is available, a deposit of 30% of the total amount due is required, to be made by bank transfer.

The reservation is definitely confirmed upon receipt of the deposit by sending a copy of the payment receipt.

We reserve the right to replace the room assigned to the guest with another of equal or higher standard without prior notice and without increasing the price.

In the event of cancellation of the booking
(when the deposit has been paid): There is a refund of the amount paid (minus €15.00 for handling charges) if the cancellation is communicated up to 30 days before the arrival date.

There will be no refund if the cancellation is communicated later than 30 days, however, giving the guest the possibility to use the deposit for another booking in the same calendar year.

Should the Guest House property be forced to cancel the booking, it will be the responsibility of the Guest House property to immediately inform the guest and refund the amount paid. No responsibility will be taken for cancellations due to force majeure.

Arrival and departure times:
Rooms are available after 3.00 p.m. and must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day following the last overnight stay.

Registration:
On arrival, guests are required to show a valid identity document for registration in accordance with the law.

Processing of registration data:
The data provided will be treated in compliance with the obligations of confidentiality and security regulated by current legislation, will be processed exclusively for purposes relating to the activity and will not be disseminated.

Number of persons:
No persons whose identity document has not been registered or without the consent of the owner are allowed to enter the Guest House.

Animals:
Pets are not allowed.

Prohibitions:
🚫 It is forbidden to smoke inside the Guest House both in the rooms and in all the rooms available to the guests.

🚫 It is forbidden to allow children to use electrical appliances in the kitchen.

🚫 It is forbidden to flush nappies and anything that may clog the pipes.

🚫 It is forbidden to walk around the Guest House with clothes that may offend the modesty of others.

Obligations of the guest
The guest is obliged to compensate for damage caused to the Guest House and for the improper use of additional equipment.

Total silence must be observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. In any case, a behaviour must be maintained that at no time of the day and in no way damages the tranquillity of others.

Lights, television, air conditioning and other equipment must be switched off when leaving the Guest House.

Recommendations:
Guests are asked to watch over their belongings as the Guest House owners are not responsible for their safekeeping.

Guests are requested to double lock the front door and to take care of the keys. Do not leave the keys in the lock.

Guests must return the keys before departure.

Any loss of house keys will result in a corresponding charge for changing the lock and the entire set of keys.
